Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly delayed during holidays.

Shipping Estimates

Mainland China: 7–15 business days
Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: 7–15 business days
International Shipping: 15–30 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping Fees

Mainland China: Free shipping on orders of ¥199 or more; a shipping fee of ¥15 applies to orders under this amount
Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout
Shipping Methods We ship via reliable carriers such as SF Express, ZTO Express, or International Postal Services, and provide a tracking number.

Shipping Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country; these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
